Deposit/Payment

All lodging reservations will require a credit card to be on file and a 20% nonrefundable deposit will be charged to hold your reservation. Remaining balances are charged to the c/c on file 30 days prior to check-in. A receipt will be emailed to confirm your reservation had been paid in full. (When you are planning trips in advance it is always recommended to get travel insurance.)

 

Cancellation Policy*

We kindly require a minimum 30 day notice from the date of your reservation for all lodging cancellations to ensure your 80% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days from your arrival will not be refunded. No exceptions. We are a small local business and a short notice cancellation is hard to rebook and there are fees associated with your booking that have already occurred.

Groups

For agency groups or tour companies looking to book multiple rooms/cabins, please send an email to carlocreekcabins@gmail.com or call (907) 251-7871. 20% discount for groups.

 Check-In & Check-Out

Office Hours for checking in  are 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please stop by the office to get your key. If you will be arriving after office hours you should have received instructions in your email about where to pick up your key. Please respect the check-out time of 11:00 am so we have time to ready the room for the next guests. A fee of $ 25 dollars per 1/2 hour will be charged to your credit card on file after 11:30 am.

No Smoking in Rooms/Cabins and No Pets

NO PETS ALLOWED! The use of tobacco and/or marijuana products is prohibited in rooms. If you sneak a pet into your room  you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a cleaning fee and forfeit your room cost. If you smoke in your room you will be charged a cleaning fee and any nights that we have to close the room for additional cleaning.

Service Animals – You will need to inform property by email or a phone call at least 30 days prior to stay.  We have 3 working dogs on property that roam the property freely and are trained to alert us if there is an animal in the area. So it is imparitive that we are aware of service animals on the property.

Guests With No Vehicle: There are no taxis, Ubers or lifts in Denali. You will need to reserve a ride from denalitransportationservice.com or reserve a car from keystodenali.com. There are 3 restaurants in walking distance, and 1 pub.
